NoPS Influencers Program Rules

The purpose of this agreement is for the relationship between our brand (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the Brand Ambassador/Influencer (hereinafter referred to as "Ambassador") who will represent the Company and its products and services online and in real life. The Company expects that the Ambassador will comply with all requirements and represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.

Please be advised of this rules before you apply for NoPS Influencers Program!

The Ambassador acknowledges that any content created by the Ambassador on behalf of the NoPS may be used by the Company for promotional purposes.
The Company will not be responsible for any expenses (eg. customs fees) incurred by the Ambassador in connection with their role as an Ambassador. (At the Ambassador's own expense).
The Company reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the Ambassador at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the Ambassador. Unless otherwise specified, the term of an Ambassador's activities is indefinite. However, if there are no updates from the Ambassador for more than 1-month, the Company reserves the right to unsubscribe the Ambassador, which may affect their eligibility for benefits provided by the NoPS.
